How We Rank Evidence
We evaluate every product using a standard evidence hierarchy — the same framework used in clinical guidelines and systematic reviews. Products are ranked from Level 1 (strongest evidence) to Level 5 (weakest evidence).

Participants are randomly assigned to treatment or control groups. Gold standard for individual studies.
Level 3
Observational Studies
Cohort, case-control, and cross-sectional studies. Show association but not necessarily causation.
Level 4
Expert Consensus & Clinical Guidelines
Professional organizations synthesize available evidence into practice recommendations.
Level 5
Traditional Use & Anecdotal Evidence
Long-standing use or individual reports. Useful for hypothesis generation but not for clinical decisions.
